Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, & additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay comfortable.

IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the on-site management company & does not include access to daily maid service, the Lakeland Village shuttle van, or towel service. No worries; we provide all the linens & towels for your use in the home & at the beach.
There is nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental in walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.
