Guest Access:
The home has access to Windsor Island Resort's incredible amenities with Disney World just a 9 miles drive away. This is a newer resort with an upscale clubhouse and pool, a range of children's parks, splash pad and water slides, and a state-of-the-art gym. Play sports on the courts and fields, and dine at delicious restaurants all within the resort.

• NO outside food/drinks or coolers allowed in the clubhouse and pool deck
• Single family homes - Please DO NOT move the trash cans onto the grass or
onto the lower area of the driveway. Leave the trash can in front of the
garage. The valet trash will empty the trash daily and keep it near the
garage.
• Townhomes - DO NOT relocate the trash bin. Leave the bin where it is and
the valet trash will remove the trash daily from its location.
• ALL trash must be placed in a 13-gallon trash bag. No loose trash will be
picked up
• If trash is not picked up by 1pm, contact the clubhouse at 863-438-5950
• Vehicles – NO vehicles can be parked on the grass. They will be towed if
they are on the grass.
• Do not park directly across from another parked vehicle as this restricts
emergency vehicles.
• NO parking in clubhouse after hours
• NO children under the age of 14 can be in clubhouse/pool without adult
supervision.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.

3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. If you would like us to have all child gates installed, notify us when booking the home.

5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.

6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

7. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

8.This will be a self-catering house.

9. No more than four vehicles may be parked on any Single-Family Lot and no more than two vehicles may be parked in the driveway of any Single-Family Lot at one time.
