Numerous amenities including a swimming pool, basketball court, and a large backyard, there are plenty of options for both leisure and active pursuits. The iconic half-moon bay, just a 15-minute walk, invites you to sunbathe, walk along the crystal sands, or simply enjoy the view.
This incredible residence offers an oasis of luxury, complete with a heated pool and cabana, multiple indoor and outdoor living zones, and a privately secluded ambience. As you approach this property, you'll be led down a long, sealed drive, lined with prolific native gardens. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright open floor plan bathed in light, thanks to the ideal northerly aspect and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.

At the heart of the home lies a dynamic, stone-topped gourmet kitchen and dining area. Here, you can sit around the six-seater counter-top while preparing a home-cooked meal. Afterwards, make your way to one of the three living areas, each furnished with large, cosy sofas, creating the perfect spaces for unwinding. From there, head outside to make the most of the sparkling pool, heated for comfort from December - Easter, cabana with barbeque and outdoor dining, or basketball court. The sleeping accommodations are as refined as the rest of the home, each tailored for relaxation and privacy. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, while bedrooms two, three, and four each offer a queen. The fifth bedroom is perfectly suited for children with a bunk bed featuring two singles.
