Rye Beach – 1.4km, 2mins drive from the property via Point Nepean Rd/B110 Dundas St, 1mins bus ride from Dundas St/Point Nepean Rd bus stop and 18mins walk from the property via Bay Trail and Dundas St. Due to its close nearby food to a camping area, ice cream parlors, restaurants, and cafes, Rye Front Beach is a well-liked tourist destination, especially during the holidays. All year long, the beach is great for strolling, and during the cooler months, when the wind picks up, kite surfers become particularly prevalent there.
Rye Pier – 650metres, 2mins drive via Point Nepean Rd/B110 and Dundas St. and 9mins walk from the property via Napier St. A well-liked recreational beach dive spot in Port Phillip is Rye Pier. The pier is home to Australian fur seals, seahorses, stingrays, spider crabs, squid, and scallops.
