Bo's @ Cogra on the Hawkesbury is a secluded one of a kind property.

Bo's @ Cogra on the Hawkesbury is uniquely designed for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Bo's @ Cogra is a water access only property, meaning there is no car access. Cars need to park at Brooklyn and guests travel via boat to Bo's @ Cogra.

Bo's @ Cogra is a two storey house with a bedroom on each floor. It has 2 bathrooms. There is a nice reading area on the second floor and the verandah has an eating area and BBQ.

Bo's @ Cogra is great for a couple or 2 couples to get away and spend some quality time with nature. Why not sit back, relax and listen to the birds or throw in a line and hopefully catch something for dinner.

Guests may utilise the Boat Shed (which has it's own toilet). The Boat Shed offers a perfect place to sit with the roller door up to enjoy a nice drop of your favourite beverage whilst watching the sun go down.

Guests have access to the whole house and boat shed.

Hosts are available via phone during guest stay.

Cogra Bay is a small community of mainly holiday goers. You may not see anyone else during your stay. However Bo's @ Cogra is not a party house, we ask that you respect the neighbours by keep the noise down after 9pm.

**No cars- no roads.**

Boat access only. Up to a 6m boat can be moored at the jetty. Bo's @ Cogra has an open ended check in and check out as Cogra Bay access is subject to the tides.

There is a water taxi service. Or why not bring your own boat, or hire one.

Hire boats (no license required) are available locally from Brooklyn Marina, the Water taxi or Hawkesbury Marina. Hire boats with more grunt (license required) are available through Brooklyn Marina or Boab Boats at Berowra Waters. All these hire places will deliver the boat to Bo's @ Cogra in readiness for your arrival.

There are no shops at Cogra Bay. Guests need to take all necessities with them. The closest shops are in Brooklyn which is a 10 minute boat ride away.
On check out please ensure electrical appliances are turned off, the dishwasher is emptied and the doors are locked.
Please take all rubbish with you as there is no rubbish collection service on the river
