There is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal with a breakfast bar to seat up to 8 guests. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining table with seating for 8. Head towards the pool area through the sliding glass doors where you soak up the Florida sun during your vacation. With the infinity-edge private pool, you and your family will have a great time. Have a meal straight off from the barbecue in the summer kitchen with outdoor dining tables and additional seating throughout. Enjoy your evenings around the pool area with a fire pit, Adirondack rockers, outdoor Connect 4 game, and breathtaking views. Located on the ground floor is also the magical games room. The air-conditioned games room will provide hours of entertainment with arcade games such as basketball, skeeball, motorcycle, and auto racing. There is also 4 - SMART TVs and gathering area in the games room for both adults and kids.

On the second floor, you will find a master suite with a king-size bed and balcony access and a second suite with a king-size bed. Also on this floor are 2 custom built bedrooms that the kids will love! The princess bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a connected slide so kids can slide out of bed to start their day. There is also a pass-through to the secret playroom! Here kids can watch their favorite TV shows on the SMART TV without parent interruption. Enter the second pass-through in the playroom to the other custom-built bedroom in a galaxy far far away! This bedroom features a set of twin beds and a set of twin XL beds. Your little ones will be amazed when they get to sleep in a spaceship! There is also a gaming area inside the spaceship with 2 SMART TVs and plenty of comfortable bean bag seating for them. On the third floor, you will find two master bedrooms. There is a master suite that has a king-size bed and balcony access with lake views and the last master suite has a king-size bed. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and SMART TV.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue. Propane is self-catering.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
