Attractive, first-floor apartment with balcony and built-in barbecue with good views over 18 hole golf course.
2 minutes walk from the golf club house, padel and pickelball courts and driving range. A quiet shared private swimming pool is right next to the apartment. 2 sets of golf clubs are included for free use. A beautiful sandy beach, with a beach bar at either end, is only a 20 minute walk or a few minutes drive away. Local shops and bar/restaurants are a 10 minute walk or 1-1.5 km. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms - one master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower; the second bedroom has 2 single beds and 2nd bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms have been recently completely refurbished. The living and dining area has 2 comfortable leather settees, digital flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, radio, dining table seating 4. There is also free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and all crockery. There is a remote-controlled sun blind over the balcony and there is a dedicated parking space in front of the apartment.

We provide guests with a discount card giving 25% off the normal full price for a round of golf, a game of padel or pickelball.

Appartement très vieillissant et loin de tout

Grosse deception en arrivant à l'appartement. Celui ci est bcp plus petit que montré en photos. La cuisine est globalement sale et mal agencée. Le mobilier est d'une autre époque et toute la famille s-y est mal senti. Rien ne peut se faire à pied la voiture est indispensable. Je ne recommande pas ce logement qui est loin de tout, les ventilateurs des chambres font extrêmement bruyantes et les lits ne sont pas confortables.Le seul point positif est la piscine, hors heure de pointe ! vraiment très déçues

Logement agréable et calme

L'appartement est dans une résidence calme en face un parcours de golf. La présence d'une piscine a été fort appréciée. Il est très bien situé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île de Minorque. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.

Son Parc Apartment

Small, clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Lovely location right by the gated swimming pool and stairs to the apartment block. Good parking and great view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Great communication with owner - Nigel Downside no air conditioning. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment as a good base.

Petit appartement sans climatisation pour 2 chambres situé à l écart de tout : commerces, plage à 2km donc voiture indispensable pour le quotidien. Cuisine exiguë avec le stricte minimum voire des ustensiles hors d usage..Résidence bien tenue avec belle piscine. Une vue agréable sur le golf, mais à l arrière un environnement proche mal fréquenté.

Son Parc is a great quiet location to base yourself and explore other parts of the island. Its our first time in menorca and we would return Apartment perfect for a family of 4. Clean and best apartment in complex as direct access to pool. Owners very helpful and let us stay after check out time at no extra cost as we had a late flight. Would highly recommend

Havre de paix au milieu de la nature

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La résidence est jolie. La piscine superbe. L'appartement au 1er étage avec sa terrasse donnent sur le golf de Son Parc. L'appartement est bien consu. Seul point perfectible la propreté moyenne. On voit que le ménage n'avait pas été fait sous les lits, sous les chaises et la terrasse oubliée. Cela n'a pas été préjudiciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et serions prêts à y revenir. Emplacement ideal à mi chemin entre Mahon et Ciutadella. À ne pas manquer, la plage à proximité : Arena de Son Saura à 5 min en voiture.

Parfait

Appartement très bien placé à Son Parc avec une plage à proximité (20 mn à pied et à peine 5 mn en voiture) très agréable. Environnement très calme. La piscine est grande, toujours propre, et lors de notre séjour était peu fréquentée. La location était bien entretenue et la grande terrasse avec son barbecue était parfaite. Le logement est tout à fait adapté à quatre personnes. Quand nous reviendrons à Minorque, nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement.

Todo perfecto

El apartamento es ideal, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Además, el anfitrión deja útiles que pueden servir de gran ayuda, como tumbonas o sombrillas, además de lo imprescindible para el hogar. La piscina es estupenda y el vecindario muy tranquilo (es cierto que había poca ocupación) y la barbacoa es fenomenal. La relación con el anfitrión es cercana y educada, así que repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Respecto a la playa cercana queda un poco lejos para ir andando, pero tiene todos los servicios y es estupenda (cuando no sopla Tramuntana), ideal para un ambiente familiar (nosotros éramos una pareja y preferíamos otro tipo de calas).

A neat and complete apartment with great balcony

We had a great quiet holidays at Son Parc. The location is perfect. Next to the pool, close to the beach and supermarket. Also at night it is nice and calm. The washing machine is a plus with children. The balcony with bbq is very nice. Most of the time we spent there. Cleaning service was good.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

We had the perfect break from our fast paced day to day lives. We recommend this apartment and location for anyone who wants to "get away from it all ". A really wonderful fully equipped apartment with a shared lovely swimming pool, in the perfect tranquil location to relax and enjoy our peaceful holiday. Most of our evenings were spent having a barbeque or meal on the balcony overlooking the beautiful the golf course after visits to the beaches (local and west coast beaches) and late afternoons swimming in the pool. The local supermarket within walking distance also catered for all our needs. We would also recommend that the local beach to Son Parc is the best beach for young children with stunningly crystal clear shallow water. We definitely would like to visit again. (PS. A 6th star should be added to the rating for the owners smooth hassle free booking process).

Wonderful apartment with stunning views

We enjoyed a relaxing, wonderful stay at this 2 bed apartment and have just recently returned from another lovely week away. The apartment is well equipped, has lovely views over the golf course and has a shared pool that feels like it is your own as it is usually very quiet. The beach is a 5 minute drive or a lovely 15 minute stroll through pine trees. The apartment enjoys a very tranquil setting. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and have already booked for next Summer. Andrew Crawford

Nigel and Sheila, have owned the property for around 14 years. We bought it after staying with Sheila's parents who rented an apartment in the same community for a number of years and who loved the proximity to both the golf course and the sea. We liked the location so much ourselves, we looked into buying an apartment and this it is! We, family and friends visit for a number of weeks every year when we can.

With great views over the golf course, the apartment is very close to the private shared pool. There is a dedicated parking outside. The beach with cafe/bar is only 2 km or 5 minutes drive away.

With traditional Spanish features, the property is fully equipped and well maintained; the 2 bathrooms have been recently upgraded. There is a BBQ on the balcony and there is free WiFi. We have a local management agent who can help with any advice needed.
