In case you fancy cooking than eating outside the kitchen has got it all, you can find ease in cooking as the kitchen is fully functional and equipped with all the modern appliances & necessities that makes cooking enjoyable. Adjacent to it is the dining area that has an elegant rectangular dining top paired with four dining chairs to share the food while enjoying each other's company.

The apartment features a bedroom tastefully furnished with exquisite interior design to suit your standards. Have a restful night's sleep as the king bed is fitted with comfortable mattress, premium-quality linens and pillows for complete relaxation during your stay. Getting Around:
Parking is available in the building if you have your own ride (which is preferable). Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

The Damac Hills, Carson Tower A bus stop is the nearest bus stop which is approximately 500 meters away from the property which can take you to Mall of the Emirates.

Quick drive to the following areas;
Burj Khalifa: 25KM
Dubai Marina: 15KM
Al Maktoum International Airport: 30KM
Dubai Creek Harbour: 30KM

Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
