Fabulous property

Beautiful condo and surroundings. We had trouble with our door and parking garage code but Blue Swell reps helped us. The condo is perfect. I would suggest a laundry basket or two and more pot holders. We loved our stay!

Roach infested

Enter at your own risk!!! Shortly after arriving we began seeing roaches in the condo. It started in the kitchen where it was one in the sink and then I started seeing them on the walls of the condo. I immediately reach out to Blue Swell and they advised they would send someone out. Over an hour later a man arrives with plans to treat the area. He quickly realizes that he was not prepared to handle a problem this big so an exterminator would need to be called. Blue Swell advised they would send someone out. I just asked to be present when they came because my belongings were inside. They assured me they would. Unfortunately, they never came. This was a traumatic experience for my daughter and I. We had not planned to be killing insects at every turn. They were in the kitchen, showers, dining area, bedroom; literally everywhere . The problem persisted from the day we were there til the day we left. I would not wish this experience on anyone. I paid to stay in a luxury condo and felt like I was staying in a roach motel. The pictures of the facility were nice but now all I remember is the roaches crawling on the table or behind the clock, or in the shower or crawling along the floor. If you are looking for a home away from home I advise you choose another location!!!

Great Place but bugs in Kitchen

We were very impressed with the location and property. Everything is as it appears in the photos. Small negative feedback is lots of construction limiting elevators; terrible design to get luggage from garage to condos. You must go down to the first floor after crossing the sky bridge from garage. Door Code I received did not work. Had to wait for a call to get it resolved. Blue Swell Reps not on premises. Plugged drain in master shower; I resolved by plunging the drain. Small ants or palmetto roaches in kitchen near the stove and counter.

Loved this condo!

We had a bumby start, our door code didn’t work but it was a quick fix. The room was clean and beautiful, but omg the view from the master room was amazing! Only complaint was the dryer was out. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious & beautiful view

The condo is just like the pictures! It was very spacious, clean and had all the essentials including toaster, blender and coffee maker. Refrigerator does have water filter and ice dispenser (although not lots of ice). I loved that they gave extra towels although we did not need them. They give a small starter kit for dishes, laundry, dish washer and bathroom. Still bring your own toiletries since the bottles are tiny. The condo was very comfortable for all of us. Close to elevators too. Beautiful view!! This condo is directly on the beach and adult pool. The pool area sells drinks and does not allow coolers inside. There is another pool in the other building. It is more kid friendly and it is actually 2 pools over there. It is not that complicated to get there. Take your wagon with food and drinks however since they don’t sell anything besides snow cones. I loved having option of either pool! Bring food! There is only one small lunch spot in the resort that sells hot dogs and pizza. Instacart does deliver to your condo. You can walk to Sharky’s and a few other restaurants. There is an indoor garage. Parking is free. We had a cargo box on top of car. Clearance to garage is 7ft. We did not want to attempt to go above the -st floor due to clearance. We were able to find parking on 1st floor and stag there the whole trip. I would definitely come back!

Very spacious

Clean and open. Master bedroom was great with an awesome view of the beach with large bay windows! Living room has great sliding windows! We enjoyed are stay! Eat at Diegos! 😎

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was nice at blueswell. We love the resort, prolly our 6 time in emerald beach resort. Pool bars, walk over bar. Ice cream for the kiddos, Starbucks Emerald has it all. Close to best restaurants I. Pcb, local steamers and honeymoon. I wish they would increase security lit bit more around it. People were throwing stuff off balcony our first night one was a chunk of like 6 ice cubes stuck together really could have hurt somebody bad! I would recommend blueswell and this resort to everyone!

Perfect for the whole family

We had an amazing time at this property. It was very clean. The property had a bar, ice cream shop, game rooms and multiple pools/hot tubs. The whole family had a great time. Would not hesitate to book this location again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in this condo was wonderful! Everything was very clean, the furnishings were comfortable, but they could use a few more chairs in the main living room. We just moved the chairs from the bedroom temporarily so we had extra seats. The Master shower was terrific! Great water pressure, plenty of hot water and roomy! This was the reason I initially rented this unit. It is very conveniently located - right across from the trash drop, just a few steps to the elevators and a quick ride down to the beach. Check in and out were seamless. We had great communications all along the way, never a worry!The washer and dryer were great, definitely came in handy! If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a vacuum, mop and bucket to the storage closet. I would have liked to clean the floor while I was there since we were walking in and out from the beach. Maybe not everyone cleans on vacation, but I like to keep floors clean so my feet don't get dirty walking around inside. We also have grandbabies that are crawling on the floors. :-)All in all, a beautiful condo, great host and we would definitely use Blue Swells rentals again!!

Emerald Beach Resort

Very nice resort with lots of conveniences on site. Check in was a breeze and having door codes made easy access for all members of the family. All the staff was very nice and accommodating as well.
