ESCAPE TO THE COUNTRY
Bundaleer Estate is located in the Southern Highlands, under a 2-hour drive from Sydney or Canberra and under 1.5 hours from Wollongong. Set over a sprawling 50-acre private rural property, Bundaleer Estate consists of 25 acres of fenced horse paddocks and 25 acres of natural bushland. The property features 4 dams and plenty of areas for scenic walks with an abundance of native flora and fauna, including Kangaroos, Wombats and a variety of birdlife. Accommodation on the estate consists of two separate self-contained homes including a charming recently renovated two-bedroom cottage and a newly built four-bedroom industrial farmhouse-style converted barn (both the barn and the cottage can only be booked on weekends while each home can be booked separately during the week)
When staying at Bundaleer Estate you will have full exclusivity and privacy for the entire property whether you are staying in just the cottage, the barn or both. There are plenty of outdoor areas for you to entertain and take in the country atmosphere including a large 20-seat fire pit, up to 12-seat Outdoor table. Numerous outdoor seating areas, 2 double daybeds, a 6-person heated spa, level lawn areas with plenty of yard games, paddocks with horses and plenty of places to explore on foot.

A selection of outdoor entertaining spaces, places to play, dine, sit, relax or even sunbake. Featuring landscaped gardens, BBQ, Outdoor fire pits, level lawns, and a heated spa, a leisurely stroll to visit the resident horses or even a picnic beside one of the four dams.
