Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

I booked this property for a two-night stay, but we left early because of major issues that made it unbearable. The cleanliness was unacceptable – the house was very dirty when we arrived, and I even took pictures to document it. To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes everywhere, inside and outside, especially on the lanai. Our family, including our kids, got bitten repeatedly by both mosquitoes and fire ants, which made it impossible to sleep. We paid for two nights but couldn’t stay the second night due to these conditions. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend it for families.

Hated to leave!

This property had EVERYTHING we could want! The interior was clean and comfortable with super-comfy mattresses & stylish decor. Everyone loved their bedrooms and had plenty of space. We loved the light airy and open feel and the multi-slide patio doors that expanded the living space and view to the spectacular outdoor oasis! Our whole crew-from 20-80 years old enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire-pit, swing and dock. Check in and out was super easy and we had plenty of privacy and parking for everyone. Zach was ALWAYS pleasant & quick to respond whenever we had a question! We had such a great time that we wish we had planned a longer stay! You won’t want to leave either!

We had an amazing time at the Cozy Lake House! Everyone loved the lake, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. A huge thank you to Zack for being such a wonderful host and for staying in great communication throughout our stay!!!

Great Family Getaway!

We had an incredible time at this rental home! It was the perfect spot for our three families, with plenty of space for everyone. The kids had an absolute blast with all the outdoor activities—the pool, lake, rope swing, and water trampoline kept them busy for hours. The kayaks and fishing off the dock were also a hit. We all enjoyed evenings by the fire pit, making s'mores and sharing stories. The home was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay easy and enjoyable. We would love to come back and make more memories here!

AHHHMAZING

The house was absolutely stunning, along with its very own backyard oasis!! This property checked ALL of the boxes for us, from a cozy living space, to a game/bunk room for the kids to hangout in, to the perfect grilling spot outside. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. The property was in such close proximity to anything that we needed, from grocery stores, to good restaurants, to having water access to Lake June. This house met the needs of my entire family… from my littles swimming in the pool all day, to the bigger kids tubing/boating, to the grandparents fishing right off the dock. The hosts were very gracious & welcoming, which made us feel right at home. My family and I can’t wait to come back to stay here again!!

Perfect Stay in Sebring

Our stay at this VRBO property during a race weekend was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, communication with the property owner was excellent. They were incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. Although our time at the property was limited due to attending the race at Sebring, we couldn't help but wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities it had to offer. The location of the property was perfect for our needs, with easy access to Sebring International Raceway and other attractions in the area. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience during our stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation during the Sebring IMSA race weekend or any other time of year. Thank you to the property owner for providing such a wonderful place to stay. We hope to return again in the future!
