VILLA DESCRIPTION

Bali Amori Vista is the very definition of comfortable luxury—let this hilltop villa’s restful surroundings set the scene for a memorable holiday. Designed to embrace every element of nature that surrounds it, the two-bedroom villa’s open-air living concept allows guests to experience tropical living at its best. Find yourself enjoying the sun, the views, and the sound of the ocean from the terrace or from the beautiful pool.

Located on a quiet cliff overlooking Seseh Beach, guests can enjoy their little corner on the shore all to themselves, while just 30m away from the beach; the lively Canggu area and Pererenan beach are within a 15-minute drive from the villa. A short walk from the villa will bring you to a yoga studio, restaurants and a general store.

This property is divided into two structures. The master bedroom is located in the main villa alongside the living, dining and kitchen areas. This ensuite room greets you with ocean and pool views first thing in the morning and right before heading to bed. It is equipped with a king-size bed, dedicated workspace and patio facing the river-stone pool.

The guest villa is a stone’s throw away, designed in the style of a traditional Indonesian house. This ensuite room is equipped with a queen-size bed, dedicated work space, and a private outdoor porch. From this room you can enjoy views of the garden and ocean. Both bedrooms have been slightly spread out on the property in order to maximise the space, ultimately giving each room adequate privacy. Wooden joinery, soft furnishings, bohemian details and pops of colour contribute to the homely ambience.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING
Standard occupancy is 4 guests. A Maximum of 1 extra bed is allowed in the villa at USD 35++ per person per night.

LIVING AREAS
The main communal space has an air-conditioned living and dining
room. There is also an outdoor dining area.

ENTERTAINMENT
Bluetooth speakers at the outdoor living area and in the Master bedroom

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, French press coffee maker (coffee dripper), blender, toaster, rice cooker, gas stove, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, pantry basics (oil, salt, pepper), pots & pans, coffee, tea pot, wine glasses.

The outdoor dining area can seat up to 8 guests.

Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

The villa features a universal adapter, safety deposit box, water heater, towel rack, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Children below 4 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.

Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 Mar 2025 and 19 Mar 2026.
