Black Rock Ridge 14488 is a beautifully designed home with 2,800 spawling square feet of living space so even larger groups can spread out and find their personal space. Located less than 10 minutes from historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, and Kimball Junction, this lovely location places you and your family in a quiet, private area that makes it easy to relax and unwind, while still being close to all the action, too.
The main LIVING AREA is open yet cozy, with easy access to the dining and kitchen areas for effortless family socializing. The plush sectional sofa has plenty of room for everyone to gather together and faces a corner stone fireplace with a large HDTV mounted above the flames. Outside through the sliding glass doors is a covered DECK overlooking the quiet neighborhood and the mountain range in the distance.
In the restaurant-inspired KITCHEN, a premier Viking gas range and vent hood are surrounded by sparkling white subway tiles and gorgeous custom cabinetry. There’s also a deep stainless steel farmhouse sink, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and a spacious refrigerator. Guests can pull up a chair at the peninsula bar, or have a seat at the large formal DINING TABLE that seats eight. Nearby, there’s a LAUNDRY NOOK with a front-loading LG washer and dryer.
In the FIRST BEDROOM SUITE, you’ll find a contemporary king-size bed and an ENSUITE BATHROOM that includes a separate tub and step-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM.
On the ground level, there’s a THIRD BEDROOM that includes a queen-size bed, a small separate DEN SPACE with an HDTV, and a FULL ATTACHED BATHROOM. Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
