The Space:

The spacious floor area is full of life. Bright and warm, inviting, and full of colourful bespoke pieces. Dining area can comfortable sit 4 persons! The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the appliances for cooking your favourite meal.

The living area is packed with huge TV, couch with chaise and cushions, a modern center table and soft carpet. The spacious balcony is also a good spot to hang out, dine al fresco here or simply enjoy a good conversation over a hot cup of coffee.

Queen-size bed is waiting for you in the bedroom fitted with hotel-quality linens, wall-mounted wardrobes, comfy mattresses. The bathroom is packed with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and a welcome pack upon arrival is also given.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking is also available upon request.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.

If you enjoy long walks, shops and other establishments are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (25min). The cheapest way is by riding the Metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
