Unsere elegante Villa mit fünf Schlafzimmern und fünf Bädern verfügt über einen privaten Pool und einen zur Schau getragenen Wellnessbereich mit Wasserfall auf einer geschlossenen und überdimensionierten Veranda, die nach einem langen Tag in den Parks vollkommene Entspannung bietet. Unser privater Pool liegt in einem Naturschutz- / Gartenbereich und bietet zusätzliche Privatsphäre. Gas BBQ Grill für Outdoor Familien BBQ Spaß und Sonne.

Das wunderschön eingerichtete Wohn- / Familienzimmer mit Unterhaltungscenter verfügt über einen 47-Zoll-Smart-TV, ein Spektrum-Kabel-TV mit HBO, eine Playstation II und einen DVD- / CD-Player. Die umgebaute Garage verfügt über einen privaten Spielraum, einen Billardtisch und einen Airhockey-Tisch für mehr Familienvergnügen.

Fünf Schlafzimmer - jedes mit eigenem Bad für maximale Privatsphäre und Komfort. Kein Streit um Badezimmer! Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind elegante Master-King-Suiten mit eigenem Duschbad im Untergeschoss. Ein Queen-Size-Master, ebenfalls im Untergeschoss, hat ein angrenzendes Badezimmer mit Wanne / Dusche. Bei den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss handelt es sich um Junior-Zweibettsuiten: Ein Zweibettzimmer mit Mickey-Mouse-Thema (mit 2 Einzelbetten) und ein Zweibettzimmer mit dem Thema "Finding Dory" (mit 2 Einzelbetten). Die Betten sind mit hochwertigen Matratzenauflagen aus Serta-Memory-Schaum überzogen, die ein Höchstmaß an Schlafkomfort bieten. Beautiful House & Great Location

We loved the size of the house and the spacious pool area. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. We also liked the gated community feel for security. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It met all our needs and was a great place to stay for our family Spring Break vacation!

Excellent Family-Friendly Stay with Wonderful Safety Features

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely VRBO property and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the home.One of the standout features of this property was the great safety features, especially for families with young children. Great place near the action but with the option to stay back and enjoy the included amenities. The hot tub was a particularly favorite at night after the parks.

Dishwashing vacation

We would not stay here again. We spent 3 days from open to close at Disney parks, but allowed one day in between to rest at the house for Thanksgiving. We anticipated having the heated pool and hot tub as advertised. Neither worked! The pool was so cold that nobody could swim, and the hot tub was cold and didn't turn on. This was very disappointing for the kids and one of the main reasons we chose this home. We cooked a family meal, but the dishwasher also did not work! We ended up spending a lot of time hand washing dishes for ten people. The owner also does not allow you to control the thermostat, it was uncomfortably hot. She had it set on heat, even during 80 days, and you have to text her every time you want to change it. She says there is a law that you must have a door chime for back doors that lead into pools, what she doesn't say is that hers is ear splitting and that if you leave the back door open in the perfect outdoor weather it constantly shrieks. We could have dealt with all of these things, but what makes this a poor review is the owner's handling of the problems. She said the pool was 86, it certainly was not. She blamed us for getting air in the line of the hot tub. We couldn't get in the hot tub and it didn't turn on. She also accused us of breaking the dishwasher. The dishwasher NEVER worked our entire visit and we rinsed dishes before we put them in.. She made us record ourselves turning it on which was weird.

Disney Dream Comes Through

Our host was truly remarkable from start to finish. Windsor Hills what a fantastic community! Nice and quite totally secured! Very close to Disney. Loved the private pool that was the perfect size! Our host included the gas grill for no extra charge . The layout was perfect for our family. I could go on and on. All I can say is we have been coming to Disney for years but this we be our go to house from here on out! Makes it affordable for a family to vacation in style.

So thankful for this stay!

We were without power due to Hurricane Helene. The host was SO kind in getting us in with a last minute booking. This house was exactly the getaway we needed. I was thankful to be able to wash clothes in the new washer and dryer. The kids loved the themed rooms. The pool was fantastic. SO nice to have pool towels to use. Also appreciated the easy check out instructions. I was traveling alone with my sil and our children and appreciated the security for the neighborhood - we felt VERY safe. Also a very quick drive to Walmart as well as to the Disney parks (took us under 15 min from driveway to the gate at MK!). Thank you SO MUCH again!

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped house

Super easy to find location of property and to get into house. Really lovely to see a beautiful house with more than enough accommodation for our family of 6. Pool and hot tub very welcoming! Although late when we arrived from the UK - via Tampa (highly recommend) decided to do a quick shop - Walmart only very few minutes away! We were unlucky to arrive as tropical storm Debby arrived as well so couldn’t do much for the first 2 days. After that.visited Disney and Iniversal which were very easy to get to - Disney only about 15 minutes away. Very comfortable beds and really nice rooms. Sadly, only stayed for 9 nights so that was the end of a lovely stay. Very many thanks to the host and owner Janine for all the help she gave.

Clean and family friendly!

House was spacious, clean, and organized. Having the neighborhood pool and personal pool was awesome. I was thankful that Janine had everything filled and provided from pots and pans, to dish soap, to laundry soap, to trash bags, to plenty of towels. You can tell she takes care of the house and tried to anticipate needs. Location is close to Disney, but 30+ minutes from everywhere else in Orlando. Unfortunately the neighbors who checked in during the last two nights of our stay were doing drugs, drinking, and blaring explicit music by the pool. We ended up having to call the police, and our children were not able to use the personal pool because the music next door was so profane. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, but the houses are definitely extremely close together and you are going to hear whoever is next to you. Janine's pool has visual privacy, but there is no controlling sound.

Very nice comfortable home. Nice size outdoor pool. I did not use the community pool but drove by and it looks very nice as well as a children's playground. The house is well equipped and communication with the host was excellent.

Why did we buy a buy a vacation home near Disney? We are a Disney-crazy family!! We visit as often as we can and love to share our home with friends and family, especially our granddaughter. As a family, we've done Disneyworld every way that it could be done before buying our villa -- we tried Disney resorts (on property), off-property resorts, Disney Springs, etc. We have found that staying at our villa is the ultimate way to do Disney -- try it and you will be a believer too.

We like to start our Disney mornings with waffles made on our retro-Mickey waffle maker -- this is a big hit with kids! Then, we head out to Disneyworld for the day -- a very, very short drive. Then, after a day at the parks, we can come home to our beautiful home, relax in the heated spa and go for a swim. Sometimes, we have a fun BBQ on the lanai and other times we prepare our own meals in the kitchen for much less than the costs of eating at theme parks. We also like to try one of the many, many different restaurants close to home. One of our favorites right now is Colombia Cafe -- this is a chic local restaurant with wonderful Colombian dishes! In the evening, the kids like to head for the gameroom or just watch a movie and wind down for the night. When we want extra privacy, we can retire to our own private suites -- each bedroom has a bathroom so nobody feels crowded, ever. When it's time to retire, we love that all of the beds are topped with 2 to 3 inches of memory foam -- soooo comfortable. We especially love the privacy of our sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
We are absolutely certain that this is the right way to do Disney and love to share this secret with our guests.
