Dieses kürzlich renovierte Haus liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Sie finden 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Doppel- und 3 Badezimmer, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Sie können sich auf dem Sofagarnitur ausbreiten oder am großen Esstisch speisen. Der offene Grundriss schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre für einen Besuch mit allen und sorgt für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Das Hotel liegt in South Nags Head, wo Sie die Gegend etwas ruhiger finden, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nur 3 km vom Outer Banks Pier und dem Fish Heads Restaurant entfernt. Ein Muss sind das Wright Brothers Memorial, das North Carolina Aquarium und die Insel Hatteras. Machen Sie eine Fähre und machen Sie einen Abstecher zur Ocracoke Island. Mit all dem und dem Ozean nur 300 Meter entfernt benötigen Sie mehr als eine Woche, um alles zu genießen.

Nice stay

The owner was great and communicated well. Overall the house was nice. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. The bathrooms were nice as well. The house is a short walk to the beach. The upstairs level seems warmer than the rest of the house on super hot days. It's also more humid up there as well. Running the fans helped a bit. I'd say it's a family friendly home and it's close by to a lot activities and attractions.

Great Beach Location in Nags Heads

The beach was only a 2 minute walk. The beach wheelbarrow made bringing stuff to the beach so easy. Only one issue came up and the owner responded quickly. Location provides easy routes to activities: Manteo Dolphin Watch, Jennette's Pier Fishing, Wright Brothers, Bodie Lighthouse. Would definitely rent again if we plan to visit Nags Head / Outer Banks.

Family getaway

The house had everything that you could possibly need while being away from your own home. It was very close to the beach and the sand buggy that was on sight was extremely helpful in getting all of our things down to the beach.

2023 obx vacation

The house was superterrific! Kerry thought of everything. The kitchen is amazing and in nice condition as well. We couldn't be more pleased and Kerry was super to deal with. I would highly recommend a stay at Highpoint II !!!! The proximity to the beach, outside shower, everything is just so nice and comfortable. We booked for 2024! Yeah buddy, can"t wait!

Super clean and super close to the beach!

We love staying in Nags Head and this is the first time we've vacationed with extended family (4 adults, 3 small kids). Located on a private street with few other houses and its own shared beach access. We found the property to be extremely clean, spacious, well appointed and equipped. The home has clearly been loved and cared for, featuring updated bathrooms, ample lighting (including night light receptacles throughout), and nice amenities like a private outside shower with ample hot water. There are plenty of dishes and cookware, appliances are newer and everything functions as it should. We found the host friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to a similar group and would definitely stay again!

Everything you need

This house has absolutely everything you need aside from the sheets and towels your required to bring. That seemed fitting with us because my wife and I enjoy our own sheets. All communication was very prompt and friendly. Check in was right on time and aside from the usual spot cleaning we did through the week check out was a breeze as well. The beach was a very short walk from the house and with the beach cart it was very easy to pack everything we needed with one trip. Thank you for a great experience. We would definitely stay there in the future!

Great week at High Point II

Our family really enjoyed our stay at High Point II. The kitchen had every pot, pan & utensil we could have ever wanted. Bedrooms, bathrooms & living area were large and very homey. 2nd refrigerator and ice maker on the basement level was not expected and was totally awesome. The beach buggy made carrying everything we needed to the beach even more amazing. To top it off, they provided a free pier fishing pass and rods for the entire family. Nothing we've ever experienced in our 20+ years of renting at the beach. If we come back to OBX, we will be at High Point II.

Family memories made at the beach

We enjoyed the beach house so very much. The location of the home was perfect- very close to the beach, easy drive to shopping and activities and yet not a lot of traffic or commotion. The little extras provided(beach cart/beach toys) really helped to make this vacation our best time ever at the Outer Banks. Thanks so much for the memories made!.

Beautiful place to stay!

We had such a wonderful time on vacation there. Kerry has thought of everything to make our stay easy. We had beach chairs, a cart, coolers and even a kite for our son to use. Not to mention the peaceful and relaxing back yard and deck. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. We were so close to the beach it made it easy to walk back and forth. Every time I reached out to Kerry I received a quick and friendly response. This is a beautiful property and I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you!

Amazing Stay

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It was so close to the beautiful beach. There were so many extra things that made our trip easier such as them having the chairs, umbrellas and bogie boards already there so we did not need to travel with them. We will be staying here for summers to come!

Perfect location and beautiful home

My wife and I looked at multiple properties in Nags Head, found this location and immediately picked it. It's located a couple of houses down from the beach and it literally takes seconds to walk to the shoreline. Everything from stores (Food Lion) and so many selections of restaurants are within 10 minutes from this house. Amenities that stood out were the outside shower (with cold AND HOT! water), outside grill, 3 full bathrooms, a very spacious shower on the main floor The property manager was punctual, polite and super helpful. We will definitely try to stay at this house again.

We loved the property. It was a great relaxing vacation.

The short walk to the beach was great. The beach buggy and all the beach accessories were perfect. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There were 7 adults and 2 children in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out. Kerry was great to answer all my questions ahead of the trip. Will rent again for sure. We all hope to get back to the OBX soon!!

Amazing Location

We had a great time as a group renting this property. It was close to everything we needed while still being on a quiet street with super close beach access. The house was clean and spacious and had a ton of helpful amenities that we used during our stay. We would absolutely come to this location again!

Good but caution

The property is amazing and the location is fantastic. There is only one criticism that I have. My family cleaned the beach house thoroughly prior to departure but did not meet the expectations of the owner. I wish we had paid a cleaning fee up front to avoid hard feelings.

The PERFECT beach house!

This was absolutely the perfect beach house. So many wonderful things! It was an incredibly short walk to the beach down a private drive without having to cross any roads. Not only did this provide an element of safety, but it was more intimate, private, and quiet. The house has plenty of space for a large family (we had 6 adults and 2 toddlers). We weren’t crowded with plenty of space for all of us at the dining room table, relaxing on the large sofa, or spending time on the back deck. None of us had to wait for a shower with 3 indoor and 1 outdoor shower (and I found the cutest tree frog hanging out in the outdoor shower!) The kitchen had enough counter space and room that we were able to make meals without being on top of each other. The downstairs fridge provided extra space to keep drinks cool and the ice maker was a perfect addition for our coolers! The beds and the sofa were all very comfortable and the AC and ceiling fans were great for staying cool. The non-key access (electronic keypad) was perfect for easy accessibility and we loved having the downstairs entrance. The house also provided a VERY USEFUL beach buggy as well as some extra beach chairs and beach umbrellas (our tent did not work on the windy beach). The washer and dryer right off the downstairs entrance was great too. The only thing I didn’t realize is that towels and linens aren’t provided. That wasn’t clear to me on the listing, but I’m a bit new to using VRBO. But no big deal because there are stores nearby without being too close. The house is in the perfect proximity to everything while retaining the quiet, beachy atmosphere This was such a perfect week and the perfect house. I really can’t say enough about how perfect this place was. My entire family was so pleased and we all really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great time at Highpoint II! Well stocked, plenty of room and so close to the beach. The owners were quick to respond to our requests/problems. One of the best places we have stayed at the OBX! We will definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to the OBX for decades then decided to move in 2015 We love the OBX and had to be near the ocean.The people here are from all over and very friendly.There is such a laid back atmosphere you cant help but feel relaxed!

We love South Nags Head because its a little more quite but still close to shopping and restaurants.So close to the ocean and sound you can enjoy an abundance of water sports,Kayaking,Paddle boarding,Jet Skiing and of course just relaxing on the beach!
