Guest in Emine's bungalow

Exceptionally beautiful apartment and outdoor area with lots of flowers. The apartment is large, tastefully decorated and nothing is missing! Also quiet and clean. The hostess was really nice and so hospitable! She immediately answered our questions, e.g. about how to use the washing machine. A bouquet of flowers in a vase was provided in the kitchen as a welcome. We were also allowed to cut and arrange flowers ourselves. If we travel here again, we would rent the apartment again at any time.

Outstanding apartment with 9/10 rating

I took a solo, three-day, two-night photography trip to Amherst Island and luckily stayed at this lovely, well-situated apartment. It's large, super clean and very reasonably priced. I really appreciated the fact that there were a couple of sleeping options: the bed was too soft for me but the sofa was perfect. I do wish I had had more control over the heating as I found it warmer than I am used to. I hope to return in the spring. The area is beautiful.

Great stay in Kingston

My wife Gloria and I were very pleasantly surprised with our accommodation in Kingston. The accommodation was very spacious with a large kitchen with all the appliances you could think of and very well organized. The bedroom was very roomy. The living room was spacious with a great view out large windows onto a garden bed and beyond a green space. The bathroom was also very spacious. What really surprised us was the number and size of dahlias that Emine had growing in front of the house and along the side walkway! We were fortunate enough to meet our hosts and found them to be a lovely couple. We felt very much at home. Our only regret was not being able to chat more with our hosts and share some Turkish coffee!

We were just there for the one night but found this to be a nice quiet location. Easy to access. Very clean. Wonderful grounds. Could have been a little cooler, but could not find the thermostat to have the AC kick in. Certainly would return.

A peaceful retreat

We were lucky to find this gem of a property on VRBO. Their perfect 10 rating was more than encouraging. Once there, it lived up to its profile. Super clean, obvious care in its setup and a quiet suburban setting. If you worry about its distance to the tourist attractions, don't. You are only 15 minutes away. Perfect for our short stay

We stayed at Emine's place for one night while visiting Kingston for the solar eclipse. The suite was pretty much as described. It was clean, the beds (including the sofa beds) were all comfortable, Netflix/wifi all worked, etc. If you're planning on spending time in the downtown area of Kingston you'll likely want to have your own vehicle. If you're a very light sleeper you'll hear some cars on the road outside but for us it wasn't an issue. The bathtub is huge and the jets were fun for my youngest. There's coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil and popcorn. If you need any other condiments don't forget to bring them :) There's also a big park right next door. It was a great stay and Emine was very communicative and also very accommodating for us. Thanks!

This property owner goes above and beyond for their guests. The kitchen was fully equipped and had many pantry items too. The cream in the fridge was a wonderful surprise.The property was very spacious. My only concern, as someone with mobility issues, there is not a railing to get to the entrance. Rubber mats were present to aid in 'not slipping' but the steps are very steep.

A great place to land

Emine provided a comfortable and clean accommodation. She communicated well and was very kind to offer us dinner, tea and cake when we arrived, I will say, that was a first for us to have a host extend such kindness. The accommodation had everything we needed and Instructions for check in and check out were very clear . This would be a good space to bring kids into. The living room was very large and had toys and dvds available. The futon was hard as a rock, but I lay no blame here as I have never slept on a comfortable futon in my life . We loved the jucuzzi tub! Overall we were quite pleased.

Exceptional Experience!!!

Our stay at this deluxe accommodation was above and beyond. It well exceeded our expectations for a Vrbo. From the under-floor heating to the luxurious bed topper and the shell-shaped jacuzzi tub, everything provided in the suite was top-notch. Added touches, ALL free: fast WIFI, live Bell TV, Netflix, microwave popcorn/popcorn for the movie-night popcorn maker, tea, and much more, coupled with Emine’s warm personality, made it like a home away from home, but with upgrades.
