Meaning ‘extensive view’ in local Indigenous, Yuruga doesn’t disappoint, affording you multiple vantage points to take in picturesque sunsets – the perfect place to relax with a coffee or glass of wine.
About Yuruga – The House
Yuruga provides two large kitchen/dining spaces spread over two wings with a central entrance.
Each wing has a sitting room with a TV equipped with Netflix.
The House offers six bedrooms, all with ensuites.
The master guestroom also offers a kitchenette with tea and coffee-making facilities and a sitting room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests.
The total number of guests The House accommodates is 18, including sofa and trundle beds.
** Please be aware we do not host wedding or bridal parties, however, we are available for photoshoots and promotional shoots.**
About Yuruga – The Studio
The Studio is attached to the house but has its own entrance.
The Studio sleeps two guests and has an ensuite and a kitchenette.
There is also a sofa bed which can accommodate two.
The total number of guests the studio can accommodate is two plus two additional on the pull-out sofa bed.
Pets
House-trained pets are very welcome. Two fully fenced-off yards provide adequate space for your fur friends to run around. We ask that you adhere to the inside policies and use the doggy doonas provided.
A high chair and travel cot is also available for use.
Central air-conditioning and heating are available throughout The House and The Studio.
Wi-Fi is available in both The House and The Studio.
Free parking on-site for multiple vehicles.
Offering a vineyard, tennis court, pool and heated spa, Yuruga has various on-site amenities to keep you thoroughly entertained throughout your stay. Additionally, it has a billiard table and a home cinema.

Exeter is a peaceful and quaint village situated in New South Wales's idyllic Southern Highlands region. Nestled in the heart of the Southern Highlands the village retains its picturesque nineteenth-century charm. Home to a General Store, Train station, Oval and Weekly Village Markets this quaint rural village offers a homely and relaxing country escape.
Public transport
The nearest bus stops are an 8-minute drive on Exeter Rd, operating trips to Moss Vale, Bundanoon, Tallong, Goulbourn and Wollongong. There is also a train stop, which provides transport from and to Sydney and Canberra and surrounding towns.
The property is approximately a 1-hour 40-minute drive from both the Canberra and Sydney CBD.
If you want to discover the local area, the Southern Highlands is thriving with eateries, antique stores, art galleries and wine tasting. At the same time, for the more adventurous, there are plenty of walking and bike trails and lookouts to explore. Weekends are thriving, with plenty of fresh and fun markets to get lost in, showcasing local produce, gifts and hand-crafted wares.
Only a 10-minute drive to Moss Vale will give you access to Aldi, Coles, IGA, bottle shops, pharmacy and other specialty stores. Please note that there are no home-delivery food services in the area. If you would like a local fruit and vegetable box delivered for your arrival, please let us know, and we can accommodate you for a small fee.
