Our home is a split-level apartment, there will be 1 flight of stairs in the home.
Guests will have the entire home to themselves, including access to the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Enjoy complete privacy and make yourself at home during your stay.

The best form of communication is via the VRBO chat and we will respond to you as soon as possible. The phone number attached to our account is strictly for emergencies. This number attached to our account is answered by our property manager and he can help you with any issues with keys or access to the apartment. But please message us first because we are very responsive on the chat.
The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you do some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throw out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance.
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time.
One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment, if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.
Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, you may be subject to cover this fee.
Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo on the VRBO chat for confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
