The Space:
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you head inside, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace. Walk on the right side of the entrance to reach the kitchen and the dining area. The first bedroom can be seen near the kitchen and dining area while the other three bedrooms and bathrooms can be reached when you walk on the left from the main entrance door. By the lawn, you will find a back deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, a garage, and a shed.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a residential area with close proximity to major highways and interstates. We are less than 10 minutes from Cahaba Medical Center, Legion Field, Birmingham Crossplex, and about 15 minutes from the airport.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Some guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. We will not provide a refund upon arrival if you decide you do not like the area.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
