Sea Glass 214 ~ Brand New Low Density Complex

Sea Glass is a newly-constructed building completed in the summer of 2023. This low density property is located directly on the beach. The view from this balcony overlooks the beautiful outdoor zero entry pool, splash zone, and hot tub. Sleeps 7.

It has 2 bedrooms as well as a study for extra sleeping. This condo also features a large comfortable sofa with chaise lounge and a leather recliner. There are 4 large smart TVs with DISH network so you can stream from any of your accounts or watch live cable channels.

The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen, and the study has a bunk bed (queen and twin.)

A separate laundry room Washer/Dryer, full pantry, Keurig, air fryer/toaster/convection oven, and free WiFi are all amazing features of this lovely condo.

One designated parking space. There are visitor parking spaces that are on a first come/first serve basis.

Great Vacation Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect condo for our beach vacation this year! This was our first beach trip with a baby and having the beach so close and an amazing pool really made our experience the best! The condo extremely nice and very clean. Exactly the same as it was portrayed. Bender realty and the owner really did everything to make sure we had the best vacation possible. We are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rooms were great. I wish we could have gotten a condon with ocean view. We looked on the website and it seems like the ocen view condons were only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath condon. The master bathroom toilet was not working. Everytime you flush, you can't flush again. We had to open the tiolet and put the red cap down before flushing again. Also, not enough spoons for 8 people. The condo said 8 people could sleep here. But, overall, it was great. We would come back and stay at this condo. Also, the swimming pool was great. My 4-year-old love it.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed that when I arrived at the rental there wasn't a welcome package. No toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, soaps and hair shampoo or conditioner. I own a condo in Gulf Shores and we always provide a starter pack of the above. Someone did bring some of the above the next day and said they forgot to leave them when they cleaned. I am not a short person but could not reach the glasses which were on the top shelf. It would have been nice to have a step stool to access those shelves. Standing on a chair is not a good idea. Also, no toaster and only a Kuerig coffee maker. There also was not a hair dryer. I have a mounted hair dryer in both bathrooms of my rental. That way, no one walks off with it. The condo itself was nice but felt bare. Few pictures on walls. Those that were there were beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo right on the beach. Didn’t have to cross the street to cross the beach. The only complaint would be that only 1 vehicle can park at the actual condo. If your party has additional vehicles they have to be parked down the street. There were a ton of available parking spots the weekend we were there and it seems like they could look to see which condos wouldn’t be using their spot so that others could use it. That or let additional vehicles park in the visitor spots. It would seem like guests should be more important than visitors.
