The property is next to a reserve, ensuring more privacy and tranquillity.
The garden terrace wraps around the house and weaves into another terraced area complete with a basketball hoop and plenty of space to play soccer, totem tennis, football and cricket with equipment provided.
There are four fantastic bedrooms: a master queen with ensuite, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two singles and a bunk room, all with ample storage, hanging space and blinds or curtains.
The main bathroom features a spa bath, and the other two bathrooms service the bedrooms, so no worries about shower cues.
The laundry is fitted with a washing machine and dryer for ease and convenience.
The terraced, fully fenced, dog-welcoming yard is perfect for those who couldn’t bear to holiday without the family hound.
This 8-person beach house has everything you need to drop you smack bang into Torquay beach life. Head off for a day of fishing using the rods provided, or spend a day at the beach and catch a wave or two using the boogie board available. Beach towels are supplied, too, so you don't have to pack your own.
Torquay is the official starting point of the Great Ocean Road and is Victoria's surfing and beach worship capital. Visit the lands of the Wadawurrung People over Easter and see the world's best surfers compete in the mighty Rip Curl Pro.
While at its busiest in the hot summer months, Torquay is a year-round destination offering more than just fantastic surf. Capture the spirit of surf culture with a visit to the Surf World Surfing Museum with pictures and hands-on displays.
For a great day out, the surrounding region offers many quality golf courses and wineries to tour. Stroll along sandy beaches beneath towering cliffs or take fine coast views from vantage points along the Surf Coast Walk. Don't be afraid of the name; snorkelling around Point Danger Marine Sanctuary is a great way to see some of the diversity of the area's underwater inhabitants. Take a short drive to the nearby Bellarine Peninsula, with its collection of towns fronting the sandy beaches of Port Phillip and the exhilarating ocean waters of Bass Strait. The Bellarine Peninsula is also an acclaimed food destination with its collection of wineries, breweries, farm gates and dining establishments.

* Kids bunk beds are rated to 80kg each (160kg total).
