Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). Also, please know that there are small openings in the fence where small dogs may be able to slip out. We kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your furry friends and ensure they do not escape through these areas.
