Hurricane update 10-29-2024 - as of today, roads are open, power is up and running, Wi-Fi is working, Elevators are working, Beach is open, and the pool is open with the pool heater installed yesterday and it is currently warming up the pool. We will soon get an update on when the lazy river, slides, and kiddie section will be open for use, but repair date is currently unknown.

Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.

New Listing! 4 FREE DAILY water park passes and parking passes for two cars are included (one parking spot in parking garage and one spot in the lot)! Just a 3/5 minute walk to one of the nicest Beaches in the World, Indian Rocks Beach!

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps up to 10 people: King bed in master bedroom, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, a Queen sleeper sofa in living area.

This 3/2 condo comes with access to Splash Harbour Water Park which is onsite; four free daily passes are included. It is close to many restaurants, family friendly activities. Great views of intracoastal from the unit's private 8th floor balcony.

A fully stocked kitchen that includes pots/pans, dishes and even a stackable washer and dryer. A great place to bring the whole family!

Smart TVs in most rooms, living room has cable but not streaming capability.

The condo comes with 4 full access passes to the water park. Additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount for staying in the condo. Please note, the pool is part of the water park. No passes are needed after the park closes at 6 pm.

A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, WIFI, 4 daily water park passes are included and up to 6 additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount. Right on the Intracoastal and a 3-minute walk to the beach.

You will have access to all the amenities this resort has to offer! There is a 6th floor and 7th floor rooftop sun deck with spectacular views that you will access to as well!

The Water Park is on the premises, and the unit is located on the Intracoastal, it is a 3-minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach, named one of the Top Beaches in the World! Boat and Bike rentals are available close by, with tons of restaurants, live entertainment, ice cream and candy shoppes.

There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a daily minimal fee.

The host will provide you with the start-up of toilet paper, paper towels, a laundry/dishwasher pod, a garbage bag and hand soap. It is up to you to provide whatever else is needed for your stay.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop to have them scanned and receive a wrist band. The band needs to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase up to 6 additional passes at a 50% discount. THE POOL IS PART OF THE PARK. you will need to have on a wrist band at the pool until the park closes and then a wrist band is no longer required.

Trash closet is located next to the elevator.

Should the one elevator that goes to the 8th floor be down (in need of repair), please note, there are 2 elevators located in the front building that will take you to the 5th floor then you will have to take the stairs up to the 8th floor.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

Amazing Location
A perfect spot to walk to the beach, sit at the sundeck and take in the sunsets or hang out at the waterpark. You never have to get back in your car once you get there! Perfect spot for all ages. Walking distance to good restaurants.

Good not Great
There is a lot of dust on all the plants throughout the condo, the vacuum container has not been emptied in long time, the high chair was dirty and caked with old food. The property is advertised as three bedrooms, two baths, it is not three bedrooms at all. It is two with a partition they call a third, that’s very thin in the living room area for the third bedroom. Anyone with kids using this as the kids room it is not a good idea. Where the third bedroom is located next to the couch and sitting area the sound transfers very easily. This is coming from a perspective of someone staying there with children, if it’s adults, and everyone can go to bed and is on the same schedule it works out perfect. The location, waterpark, and the condo itself are great, just a lot of the other items have fell out of site from management and ownership.
