This is coastal living at its best! Enjoy the water views and lap up the beachy lifestyle in this ideal holiday home near the beautiful Culburra Beach. With balcony access from every bedroom and both living areas, a modernised kitchen and bathrooms and a secure backyard, this 4 bedroom home is only 1 km from the beach and just under 2km to the eateries of Culburra village hub. Plenty of space and great outdoor living areas ensure the perfect relaxing holiday!

Set in a quiet residential street a short walk from the beach, it has the space for everyone to enjoy time together and time apart. Choose where to relax or play: out on the balcony soaking up those water views, in the main lounge area on sumptuous leather lounges, upstairs in the second living room away from the other guests or downstairs in the converted garage rumpus/games room. Holiday heaven!
Downstairs is home to the main open plan living room with a generous living area, a modernised kitchen and a dining suite for 8. The kitchen has everything you'll need for an extended stay including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and bar stools at the benchtop allow social cooking. Alternatively, head out through the glass sliding doors and fire up the BBQ out on the patio. Watch the kids play out on the expansive lawn before enjoying an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining suite.
Inside, cosy up on the sumptuous leather lounge and watch a movie on the smart TV. There’s plenty of room for everyone. Reverse cycle air-conditioning will keep you comfortable whatever the season.
Upstairs there’s a second lounge, with an additional television, that boasts water views and leads out onto the balcony. Enjoy sitting out here for morning coffee or an early evening wine while gazing at the sparkling Lake Wollumboola.
The bedrooms are all well appointed. The two Queens bedrooms have built-in robes and both have sliding doors to the balcony as do the twins which both house two single beds. All linen is included and there are two spacious bathrooms, both modern, one with a shower and the other with a shower over the bathtub and third shower and toilet downstairs. Laundry facilities are also provided.
The garage provides a great space for family fun with a table tennis table, comfortable seating, bikes and toys to entertain the kids.
Tasteful furnishings, a big garden, plenty of parking and proximity to the beach and the village hub all add to the quality inclusions and layout to spell a terrific holiday home.

There is so much to keep the family entertained. The beach provides a range of water activities including a local surf school. There’s a local boat ramp if you have a boat, with Curley’s Bay and Crookhaven River offering plenty of water adventures - bring your fishing rod! Local nature walks provide an opportunity to enjoy the views and the local wildlife.
Take a walk, and your camera, to Penguin Head lookout and enjoy beach tracks either north to Crookhaven Lighthouse or south to Bull Hole lookout.
If the kids have energy after the beach, try the skate park or beach volleyball. There’s also a local playground for little ones.
In terms of eateries, Culburra Beach village is walkable or a short drive away and offers a range of options including Chinese, fish and chips, Italian, Mexican and burgers. There’s a thriving cafe culture and several shops to browse. Woolworths is conveniently located there for food shopping.
