- NOTE: The property is the last house at the end of a one-lane, private gravel road. There is one switchback turn that is recommended drivers take wide (stay to the left), to avoid bumps when coming up the mountain road. There are no streetlights, so it is highly recommended to be checking in during daylight hours
- NOTE: Due to Hurricane Helene the Switchback Road is washed out, therefore it is recommended to use an SUV or 4-wheel drive to get to the property safely as a sedan will likely bottom out
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located above the front door facing the front entrance. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound detected by motion while guests are in residence
