Norwegian retreat at Windsor Hills

Welcome to the VIKING home in Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills is the most desirable subdivision in the Disney area. Only 5-9 min drive from Disney's main gate. Only 3-5 min drive from Walmart. The subdivision is gated, and only registered guests are allowed to enter the subdivision, offering full security 24/7. Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the amazing clubhouse amenities (gym, games room, movie theater, mini waterpark...). They have a weekly schedule with lots of fun activities for kids and adults (including live bands, quizzes...). But let's talk about our house. You will love the open floor plan concept. On the first floor you will find the master suite which is king size with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a queen size with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a queen room with a bathroom right next door. On the second floor is bedroom 4, a twin room with an ensuite bathroom and bedroom 5, a twin room with a bathroom right next door. All of the bedrooms have TVs. The pool and spa are private and can be heated (additional charge). You will love the covered lanai outside and the huge pool deck. Stop your search, you will love this house. It has so much to offer. You cannot beat the location. * Available option: ask for our concierge service for grocery shopping, welcome drinks, birthday celebrations...) *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

IMPORTANT: In September of 2024, the pool will be closing temporarily for resurfacing. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, but please know that this maintenance is necessary to ensure the safety and functionality of our community pool.
If the weather permits, the resurfacing process is expected to take roughly four weeks. During this time, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as the Windsor Hills HOA works to complete this important project efficiently.
We recognize the importance of the pool as a gathering place for our community and we share your desire for all guests to enjoy it fully. The resurfacing is essential to maintain the quality and safety of the pool for everyone's benefit.
All other amenities remain open.
