It is in a quiet residential area, featuring three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and accommodates up to 18 people. Our guests will love the ambiance set by inlaid lighting, oakwood cabinets, decorative fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. Don’t forget to dip into our hot tub and pool. This place is perfect for your family, friends, or anyone looking for a reliable stay!
The Space:
Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions.
Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be welcomed by a decorative fireplace and a massive comfortable seating area. Walk straight, and you will reach our finished kitchen and dining area with complete amenities. Off the kitchen is our laundry area and a bathroom which has access to the hot tub. Behind the fireplace wall near the front entrance, you will see a relaxing living room with a sliding door view from the outside. One large bedroom is on the main level near the staircase with two queen beds and two double beds, and the two bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This house is located in a residential area in midtown with easy access to major highways, interstates, and supermarkets. Only a couple minutes drive to USA Health Children's & Women's Hospital and Tricentennial Park!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
