VALHALLA 11 is a stunning home located in Rumbling Bald Resort with everything you need for the ultimate Lake Lure vacation. Located on .70 acre with lush mature landscape, you will enjoy unobstructed views of Apple Valley Golf Course. Once inside, enjoy feeling like you've escaped to an exclusive resort retreat.

This tri level, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is perfectly equipped as a vacation rental, and offers something to satisfy everyone in your group. The living room features gas fireplace, large screen TV, circular couch with ample seating, high vaulted ceilings, and plenty of light. Directly off the living room is a huge screened porch with plenty of chairs and a table which seats six for outdoor dining.

An open inviting floor plan connects the living room to kitchen and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen features large granite counters, deep sink, stainless steel appliances, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, KEURIG AND DRIP COFFEE MAKERS, toaster oven, blender, tons of dishes, a great selection of cookware, and a view out the garden window. There are plenty of dining options with formal dining room table, breakfast table, breakfast bar, and an outdoor table in the screened porch. Doors off the dining area lead to a giant deck with outdoor GAS FIRE PIT and GAS GRILL. Out back is a WOOD BURNING FIRE PIT with plenty of comfortable seating.

You might spend all your time in the lower-level family room and recreation area. This level is almost a complete home by itself. This expansive space includes full size POOL TABLE, gas fireplace, big screen TV, comfortable sofa & love seat, and oversized side chairs. There's even a full kitchen with all major appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels offers ideal sleeping flexibility for larger groups. There is one bedroom on the main level, which is ideal for people who can't do stairs. It features a king size bed with private ensuite bathroom. The upper level has two guest rooms each with queen size beds and they share a bathroom. Children and their parents might escape to the lower level where you find a bunk room with twin size bunkbeds, a second guest room with a queen size bed, and a full-size bathroom. Another added plus, all the bedrooms have TVs.

*** Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, through the first quarter (March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. No personal watercraft will be allowed on the lake during this time. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season.
