This unique luxury modern home with panoramic ocean view and signature city view . By great location, It takes only 5-7 mins drive to the beach and mall , and 15 mins drive to downtown Vancouver.

The living and dining area have floor to ceiling glass windows and covered deck facing the ocean.
All bedrooms have private bathroom and closet. The main bedroom has private ocean view deck and steam sauna.
This listing includes 3Br, not including basement after Aug1. The host keeps basement for other use.

West Van Stay

My son and I enjoyed our stay, we had everything we needed. The house was well kept and the host was quick to respond. Only comment I would make would be to upgrade the master bed from a queen to a king size, a home of this size should have a king, but that is just personal preference

Vancouver stay

I felt the house to be lacking in certain aspects, that I believe should be there at such a nice location. When we first arrived there was no hot water, or heat for the first 24 hours. It being winter in Vancouver, the night was very cold and some of us had to sleep fully clothed. There were insufficient pots and pans for cooking for our large group. The fridge was making a loud noise and is in need of service. Some of the door handles were falling off. The outdoor grill upkeep was nonexistent and also rusty. Broken piece of furniture in a bedroom with taped wood as a leg. Compensation from owner did not me expectation for a freezing night and no hot water.

NYE weekday trip

House is beautiful with a gorgeous view. House is accurate per the listing pics. Location is great for those who want access to Cypress Mountain (just 20 mins up the mountain), Vancouver is just a bridge stop across and West Vancouver had some fun spots to eat at also. House is well kept with some minor quirks as noted in other reviews- overall was happy with our stay.

Gorgeous home in a convenient location!

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous home! Comfy beds, very well appointed home, and we loved the steam shower! The views of the water and the city are nothing short of spectacular. Super convenient to downtown, Stanley Park, Capilano, and shopping. Excellent communication from the host, too.

Nice quiet neighborhood, the view is to die for of Vancouver and the water. The home is very nice and the amenities and features of the home were pretty nice

Executive Retreat

Two days of all day meetings; the group did not stay overnight. The purpose was Team Building. The house was a beautiful spot for open, confidential discussions with thoughtful thinking space and fantastic views. Thank you Lina for your flexibility. Great stay

Great spot, beautiful view. Kitchen could have had a little more cook ware but thats just a preference really. Also a requested quite hours after 9pm on a weekend is pretty unrealistic for people going on a vacation looking to stay up and socialize.

Overall house was nice and the patio lovely. The only complaint is the house says it has ac and it’s only upstairs in the bedrooms. When we asked if it wasn’t working we were told it would cool down, then asked again and advised to open the doors. I finally called as it was still 81f degrees and very hot in main floor. Told no ac and to enjoy the views. It was 87F out would be nice to have some floor fans. Two door knobs upstairs kept falling off. Have to park on the street. Was asked to water the plants.

Great view but that's it

Positives: great location and view Negatives: door knobs falling off multiple interior doors, balcony door that can't close fully, broken unusable exercise equipment scattered randomly around the house, no pots & pans, minimal dishes/utensils, AC only in the rooms that struggles to cool during the day, alarm going off randomly. It was an unacceptable number of issues given the price point.

A beautiful home in West Vancouver

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a beautiful home with spectacular views. It was easy for us to get to Gastown, Vancouver Lookout, Stanley Park, and the Vancouver Aquarium. And we spent our evenings on the patio, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

Immaculate and beautiful!

The home was even better than the pictures! The condition was immaculate and the view was gorgeous. The fear we have with short term rentals is that cleanliness can be questionable. This home was the cleanest we’ve stayed in. Fresh linens and towels, and a floor you can eat off of. Lina was a great host. Responded very quickly through Vrbo messaging, and gave us her contact info. She even left us a welcome basket of goodies. Great experience and would 100% stay again!

Beautiful property

Everything was super great, the ad has extra things that need clarifying. A few things didn’t actually work like tv and fire places. Minor inconvenience to not being allowed to smoke even outside. Other than that everything was perfect and host had everything prepared and very well instructed! Would love this propert again!!
