Enjoy your morning coffee on our lanai that steps out to the patio. Watch the golfers pass by and enjoy the direct views of the Harbour Town Club House & The Inn & Club at Harbour Town next door. In the evenings, take the golf path and walk over to Harbour Town for shopping, entertainment, dining & watersport adventures or sailing excursions! Harbour Town is full of family-friendly activities with a beautiful kid's playground built around the Oak Trees. Enjoy Harbour Town Bakery in the morning or visit LINKS at the Club House for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everything you need is just steps away!

Our 2 bedroom villa is the ideal location for leisure and fun on Hilton Head Island! The spacious living area features gorgeous views of the Harbour Town Golf Course. The kitchen is completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs with all the cookware and dishware you will need for you and your guests and stocked with much needed appliances, as well. The kitchen flows into the living area keeping everyone close by and providing a great space for family and friends! If cooking is not a part of your vacation plans, there are 200+ restaurants on the island to serve you!

The bedrooms are tucked down the hallway with a primary bedroom featuring a walk-out overlooking the golf course. The king-sized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom across the hall has 2 twin-sized beds with an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub and access from the hallway, as well. Both bedrooms have dressers, closets, and Roku Smart TV's. There is a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Extra blankets and pillows are stored in the bedroom closet. Linens and bath towels are provided for our guests to set up the sleeper sofa if needed.

Located in the exclusive Sea Pines Resort, this spacious single-story villa sleeps 6 and features an open floor plan with a glass-enclosed lanai off the living room. A wet bar is off of the kitchen & dining room. The enclosed sun room is accessible from the living room by sliding doors with landscaped golf views and an outdoor patio seating area. Bikes can be stored in the front service yard enclosure. No bikes are included with our rental.

The spacious family room and bedrooms have Smart TVs with cable access. Free WiFi throughout the residence is included for guests.

*Our Beach Essentials include: a beach wagon, beach towels, and beach chairs.

The beach is a few miles away for those who can't wait to swim, sunbathe, collect seashells, or build sandcastles on the miles of pristine beaches and sand dunes for which South Carolina is famous. Harbourwood Villas is close to the Sea Pines Trolley (trolley runs seasonally) stop by the Harbour Town Clubhouse. The trolleys will take you throughout Sea Pines, including to the Beach Access at Sea Pines Beach Club.
Within Sea Pines, you will also find four championship golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, The Atlantic Course by Davis Love III, Heron Point Golf Course, and the Sea Pines Country Club Course. Golf, tennis, biking and so much more can all be a part of your stay here in Sea Pines! Visit the lighthouse in Harbour Town or spend the day on South Beach and grab a cocktail or snack at The Salty Dog!

This private residence is also located near virtually endless recreational and entertainment possibilities for those who wish to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer: fishing and crabbing excursions, water sports (e.g., skiing, sailing, paddle boarding, and surfing), helicopter tours, zip-lining, professionally guided nature tours, dolphin cruises, shopping, restaurants, and more. It’s easy to see why Hilton Head Island is a premier destination for guests from all over the world.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself & treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the home or move it from one room to another.

Guest Access:
Smart Lock code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during your stay. No additional Sea Pines passes can be requested per reservation. Parking passes must be displayed in vehicle to gain access into Sea Pines Resort and must be visible throughout your stay in Sea Pines.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
The home is located in the beautiful Sea Pines Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Sea Pines has miles of bike paths, sidewalks, and beach access! The Sea Pines Trolley is available to help you get around the resort. Schedules are posted and available online.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
