Bedrooms:

-1 King master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the deck. 1 King Guest Bedroom. Upstairs Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Extra Sleeping in Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Living Room:

This spacious area features a smart TV with cable, adequate seating for your group, and windows that fill the space with natural light. Lounge around while reminiscing about the activities of the day! From here or the master bedroom, access the deck for morning coffee or dining al fresco.

Kitchen and Dining:

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you'd find at home, including a regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, and fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.

Conversation over food is the best! The dining area features an 6-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. 3 bar stools are located at the kitchen island for additional seating.

When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, pickle ball, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor seasonal pools, hot tub, 2 playgrounds, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

On Location-Swimming, tennis, pickleball, basketball, fishing, playgrounds, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop.

Important things to note-House Rules:

-Must Be 25 years or older to book

-Rental Agreement and Drivers License Required after booking

-No smoking, pets, or parties

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-At departure turn heat to 60 degrees in cold months, or A/C to 75 degrees in warmer months.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
