You are assigned a covered parking space for your vehicle to keep it out of the Florida sun, as well as numerous uncovered guest spots for additional vehicles if needed. The community pool is heated, elevator access is provided to get up to your floor, and complimentary beach gear stored at the property for you to use!

This home is a 14 day minimum rental from Jan 1 - April 15th, and will allow for 7 day rentals during off season.
