This beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom home sleeps 16 and features a HOT TUB, children's (and adventurous adults?!) JUNGLE GYM or indoor playground, a back patio paradise, BBQ grill, YouTube TV, toys for kids, Nespresso maker and coffee bar, and more.

Designed for hosting groups and families, this character-filled, historic, recently remodeled house is perfect for anyone looking to have fun. The house features many vibrant indoor and outdoor areas, which you will be able to enjoy.

The spacious main floor provides a central point for relaxation, whether delicious meals are prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or fun movie nights with snacks. Three comfortable bedrooms offer hotel-like comforts, a giant 4th bedroom used as our game room that also has 4 queen beds hidden in the walls and sofas, and the outdoor patio provides seating areas, a gas grill, beautiful porch swings around a fire pit (firewood provided), and a hot tub for the ultimate relaxation experience.

After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.~~~
