Enjoy a relaxing stay in our upper unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is equipped with brand new appliances, two comfortable queen size beds, full bathroom, cozy living room, free wifi, washer/dryer and breakfast area.

The living room have a smartTV to allow you to stream your favourite shows and movies VIA Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, stove, dining table, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, cutlery, cups, and plates to suit your needs.

Our house is license duplex with two private units. It features separate entrances. To access the upper unit you will find the staircase going up to the unit at the front of the house and will enter in with key lock. Guests will have 2 parking spaces available.

The main floor/lower unit is not available as it is tenanted. As this is a duplex there is some potential noise from the other unit (foot steps, some talking). We ask that our tenants and guests be respectful of each other in regards to noise levels.

Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 22-23 degrees.

House rules:
❌No smoking or vaping of any kind
❌No unregistered guest or visitors allowed without prior permission
❌No events or parties (The maximum property capacity is 4 people)
❌No shoes or pets inside the house
❌No open flames or candles
Any violation will be asked to leave.

❗️We have one security camera in the front entryway. It will be on during your stay for your safety.
