La Casa is commercially zoned and we are clear to have legal short term rentals. Unlike many Kelowna based properties, you can stay at “The Point” at La Casa worry free.

Come, treat yourself to a one of a kind experience! Welcome to “The Point.” We are located at the entrance point of a loop, providing privacy as you relax and enjoy this oasis. A delightful cottage with magnificent views in the gated and family-friendly La Casa Lakeside Cottage Resort. There are no houses in front, providing unobstructed views. From the moment you walk in our cute blue door, you don’t want to leave…its uniqueness is not only the sweeping and unobstructed views of Okanagan Lake…it’s the many more options, yard use and advanced features available. Our serene cottage is a Cape Cod inspired design and decorated with your comfort, relaxation and technological ease in mind.

Your adventure starts with all of the comforts of a luxurious and unique lake view cottage. The island kitchen has everything you need to test your culinary skills. There’s a vast array of spices and common dry goods and most pantry items you’d find at home. All you have to do is bring your fresh meats and vegetables and stock the spacious refrigerator, complete with built in ice maker and fresh filtered water! Many small appliances are available for your convenience including a double drawer air fryer.

Enjoy the master retreat’s claw foot tub and spacious walk in shower, highlighted with a blue onyx window….while sipping your favorite wine after a day on the lake! The master has direct access to a stunning upper deck full of amenities including a wet bar.

Some of the wonderful cottage amenities included are wireless speakers on the upper deck and living room to assist in listening to your favorite playlist, from your own hand held device, all while relaxing in a picturesque setting. The Point has three sundecks, 2 BBQ’s…even a putting green has been added to help the sportsman’s relaxation needs as well. Try not to let the view distract you ;)

Ready to have some fun? The resort is next to crown land that offers trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, dirt biking, etc. La Casa Cottage Lakeside Resort has 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, mini golf, tennis courts, pickle ball, sand volleyball, kids play area, private lake access, lakeside view decks, aqua parks, boat launch and marina! On site kayaks, paddle boards and golf carts can be rented from the commercial operator May to September.

Access to the connected single vehicle garage for your use, closest driveway and extra parking on the lot is available as well. Cottage is equipped with a door bell camera.

Upper and Lower pools and hot tubs: Open daily from 8am to 10pm.

Hot tubs and Pool are open seasonally. Lower pool and hot tubs from May 1 to Thanksgiving, upper pool & hot tub from May 1 to mid September.

There’s a store/licensed restaurant on site for anything you forgot to pack or that morning coffee you desire. Save On foods delivers a few days per week, when your cravings demand something to complement your meal plans.
