The Space:
Experience the charm of this lovingly restored two-bedroom bungalow located in the St. Augustine Historic District of Lincolnville, directly adjacent to Historical Downtown St. Augustine! Unwind on the expansive front porch and soak in the refreshing sea breeze in this ideal location. You'll enjoy the perfect balance of being just a short distance away from the bustling downtown area while still being able to walk or bike to any destination in town. On-site parking is available, and all the downtown attractions and restaurants are easily accessible.

- A bright and spacious sitting area with a large plush sofa that faces a flat-screen Smart TV that’s able to connect to your streaming accounts, providing a relaxing space to hang out.
- A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with everything you’d need to cook up homemade dishes and a dining bar with 4 chairs where you can enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop comfortably if needed.
- Next to the kitchen is a laundry closet with a washer & dryer.
- 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such:

Please note that there's no exterior back door as the property is not fully fenced in. You'll need to supervise kids at all times in the yard area.

We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.
There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.
Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $500 - $1000 depending on the damaged/replaced items.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets are allowed.
- There is a minimum charge of $45 USD for shipping any items after check-out.
