Welcome to Swiss Vacation Houses website and thank you for your interest in our piece of paradise. Whether you are a keen water-sports enthusiast or just looking for a beautiful place to relax or golf, we have something for you. Located 30 to 40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions.
The choice is yours. Stay onsite in one of our fully equipped villas, studios or rooms. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. They have discovered our piece of paradise and we hope to welcome you soon.
If you are traveling alone, as a pair or up to 4 people and are looking for something more affordable perhaps consider staying in one of our rooms or studios. Each of those units is a modest abode with a private en suite bathroom. The rooms and studios are located right by one of our most beautiful lakes and offer our guests a very peaceful surroundings.
The Space:
Sumner Lake Tiny House is a beautiful dome with 2 Bed - 1 Bath with a breathtaking view overlooking Lake Sumner / Newly constructed architectural unique space. Sleep 4 people / Easy parking /NO PETS ALLOWED
The property is decorated with modern and comfortable furniture, Wi-Fi and AC. The residence is located on Lake Sumner with an amazing paradise lake view! It has 2 King rooms, This is a great place to relax, rejuvenate and catch some sun on the sun deck, grill some delicious food while overlooking nature, breathtaking and relaxing sunrises/sunsets over Lake Sumner! BBQ rental incur additional fees.

Always remember to book lodging before flights!
30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

SWISS VACATION HOUSES is merely an agent of the owner, acting at the direction of the owner of the property. Guest consents to proceed with the rental of the subject property having been made aware that any cause of action as it relates to the condition of the subject property must be brought against the owner and not against SWISS VACATION HOUSES, or its agents or principals. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any warranties, implied or otherwise, regarding the condition of the property. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any liability as it relates to latent or previously undiscovered defects with the subject property. • Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.
• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.
• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.
