This stunning Airbnb boasts three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 9 guests. The bedrooms feature twin, full, queen and king-sized beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all.

This house comes with high-speed internet and comfortable couches, you'll have everything you need to stay connected and productive during your stay.

The open concept living and kitchen area is perfect for gathering with friends and family, with ample seating and a large dining table (seats 10). The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks during your stay.

Step outside and up to the private rooftop deck and take in the fresh Pacific Beach air. This secluded outdoor space is the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, or simply relaxing in the sunshine. The roof top deck comes fully equipped with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit with curved sectional, and dining table (seats 12).

You have access to the entire home and the EV charger in the garage which is suitable for 1 compact car. There is also free street parking.

San Diego is an active city - you will be tempted to try water sports from Surfing to Jet-ski and Kayaking, hiking or strolling by the beach, biking and so on.

Do not take glass of any kind to the beach
No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall
No smoking/vaping on the beach

PROPERTY RULES:
Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property.
No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host.
The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.
No pets!

We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.

Check-out is at 10:00am.
o Place all towels in the bathrooms or leave them in front of the washing machine.
o Make sure the air conditioner and heater are off before leaving.
o Fans are turned off.
