The Space:
Sometimes a contemporary interior decorative style is the new look for oozing comfort!
Feel right at home the moment you step inside this apartment. The space opens to the vast view of the famous Dubai Water Canal. There is a lovely couch right in front of a huge wall-mounted flat screen smart TV. The living area has for you to simply lounge on a lazy afternoon. Lovely plant decor are all over the corners to make you feel at home. The unique motif from centerpiece table, cabinet console, to wall accents makes it more natural.
The dining area across the open-style kitchen paired with four upholstered chairs for you to experience an elevated dining with your loved ones readily set up with handpicked tableware. Munch on your takeout or home-cooked meals in the dining space. Cook or make a cup of coffee in the modern open-kitchen with fully quipped appliances like gas stove, range-hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware are provided for you.
On the other side of the spectrum is a bedroom that has a king-sized bed fitted with top-quality linens and pillows to ensure a good night sleep. Soft carpets, bedside lamp, glass console with mirror and stool, built-in wardrobe closet and en-suite bathroom. There’s a separate guest toilet too and both are complete with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for a more comfortable stay.
The balcony, with the serene canal and building scape and partial Burj Khalifa views, is what makes everything in this apartment incredible. There’s a two-seater outdoor furniture so you can set up an alfresco outdoor relaxation.
Feel free to indulge yourself in the infinity pool overlooking the Dubai Water Canal or make use of the gym/fitness area and other facilities that this building has to offer.

Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 5 minutes to Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from busy E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. Right below the building is the Marasi development, 2 kilometers of waterfront promenade. It is ideal for a stroll or run, followed by a meal in a choice of the restaurants located there.
Business Bay has as lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.
This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Bus F41 goes to the Business Bay metro station. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
Downtown is accessible by car within 8 minutes if you have your own car.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, *100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
