The complex offers the convenience of underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0") and a designated underground parking spot. The complex has excellent amenities offering year-round outdoor Jacuzzis, sauna, weight room, coin-operated laundry facilities, and an outdoor pool (Summer only), BBQ areas, fire pits and picnic outdoor dining areas.
