Tucked perfectly in the upper Sedona Plateau, Sedona Summit, a Hilton Vacation Club is a family-friendly resort providing all the comforts of home. Go on an outdoor adventure in the famous Red Rock Country, fuel your adventurous spirit on a Jeep tour, take a journey of self-exploration at the Sedona vortex or get a round in at one of the local golf courses. Relax in the heated outdoor pools, host a family barbecue or kick up your workout routine in the convenient fitness center.

Take a dip in one of the four heated outdoor pools, fully unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a family barbecue while getting in a game of horseshoes. Entertain the kids with a trip to the game room or on-site playground. Get a workout in at the fitness center or stroll along the walking paths. However you choose to spend your time, you'll find relaxing and entertaining, family-friendly amenities at every turn.

1,270 sq. ft., kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony.

Spread out in our roomy two-bedroom suite with a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen bed in the guest bedroom. The primary bathroom includes a bathtub with separate walk-in shower, and the guest room has a shower.

The living areas boast two queen sofabeds, a dining table, TV with DVD player, and balcony. Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker. Sleeps 8.

At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $25 plus tax resort fee* will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

*Resort Fee includes: Guest internet access; 10% off at select local area dining; self-parking; video & board game rentals; DVD rentals; sporting equipment including horseshoes, bocce ball and cornhole; cultural activities.

Due to the resort’s location, cell/mobile phone access may be limited at times during your stay.

Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Not what it appears -beware
We were surprised to find that we weren't staying in a condo but apartment complex. Looking back at the pics I can see that we missed that in the pics but they are represented in the listing. There are no views as advertised and trash and furniture were outside around our area. We also weren't aware this was a time share property and were forced to listen to a presentation before seeing our room after a long travel day. We had a "2 bedroom" which was an efficiency apartment that connected by an interior door to a one bedroom apartment. I guess our expectations were above what we actually purchased and we were disappointed in our stay and it really affected our experience of Sedona. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. I'm not sure if our issues were the fault of the property but more so our lack of investigating where we were booking.

Fabulous Property!
My family (2 adults, 10 yo, 7 yo) stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and we were very impressed with the room, the property and the location! We were on our kids spring break and stayed 2 nights, but wish we would have stayed the entire week. The room layout was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms with King size beds and bathrooms attached to each. Each bathroom had a lovely rain shower head and 2 person bathtub that had a sliding door you could open into the bedroom. The kids thoroughly enjoyed being able to soak in a bubble bath and watch cartoons at the same time! The property was serene with beautiful views. We enjoyed the many pools and hot tubs available to guests and were grateful for the ability to check out movies and games from the clubhouse. Our only hitch was that the internet is spotty, but that only gave us more reason to try and detach and enjoy our time together. The location was perfect for us being about 10 minutes from Uptown Sedona. This resort has definitely set a benchmark for our family and we hope to return!

What a perfect place!
When we arrived at the Resort, we were met with a friendly office staff. The check-in process was so easy and I loved the text-friendly option. It was great to just text with a representative to get anything. The property was neat and clean. The pools were heated and a great time for our kids. I would love to stay here again!

We rented a two bedroom but got a studio adjoining a one bedroom. This was great for we each had our own space to go to at night. The weather became cold and the places were drafty.you could hear and feel the wind around the sliders doors. The wifi was pretty much non existent. And the washer dryer need replacing took forever to dry clothes and very loud. But it was a great area. Good location to hiking and grand canyon,shopping and activities. Looks like they have been bought by hilton so hopefully will get good upgrades. If that happens i would definetly go back or at least go in warmer weather.

Working vacation gone south
In the title of the listing it clearly states Wi-Fi as well as in the listing of services. when we checked in, the reservation desk had us sign a disclaimer saying that there Wi-Fi was horrible. We came to Sedona on a working vacation so Wi-Fi was a requirement. Verizon was also only 2 bars, so it was difficult to work. we ended up driving to the airport and working out of our truck all day. I attempted to contact the host without success as well as VRBO. all that was ever done was a email saying a ticket would be opened and I would be contacted which I wasn't. The property was great, but the overall working vacation was a bust with little to no connectivity.

Our stay was amazing! We checked in and our vacation and stay was a breeze. The room was clean and perfect for us. Grounds were well kept. Lots of amenities. Close to Sedona and trails. Front desk very accommodating.
