The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

There are strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.

The keys are available at the Ezy Mart - 30 meters from the apartment (a less than 3-minute walk). The store is open 24 hours daily and must be collected and returned here.

Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
