Charming & Vintage Anna Maria Cottage. Easy Walk to Beaches, Stroll Pine Avenue!

Lovers of Old Florida will thoroughly enjoy a stay at Le Cottage Enchanté, a charming vintage bungalow nestled at the end of Spring Avenue near the Waterfront Restaurant and Tampa Bay. Built in 1930, this little one-and-a-half bedroom charmer has been updated for things like central air conditioning, but hasn’t lost its original cottage feel. It offers cozy and comfortable furnishings, up-to-date electronics and TVs, bijoux garden areas, and super easy access to the village life of Pine Avenue.

Throughout the house, colorful fabrics and paintings enhance the island ambiance. Although small, everything you really need is here…a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, comfortable furniture for relaxing with a good book or streaming your latest binge program, a private bedroom with a king bed, and even an extra little bedroom with a twin and a twin trundle.

A fetching garden area will beckon you outdoors to enjoy a meal cooked on the gas grill, or a lemonade on the front porch. From there you’ll be able to hear the carillon play at Roser Community Church, which you can glimpse from the back patio.

Ready for the beach? An easy two-minute walk will take you to the white sand beach by the Historic City of Anna Maria Pier on Tampa Bay. If you’d prefer to take your sunshine on the Gulf side, a slightly longer walk up the street will allow you beach access by The Waterfront Restaurant, where, if you’d like, you can sip margueritas and order lunch on the deck in your bathing suit.

Le Cottage Enchanté is located just one block south of Pine Avenue, the hub of Anna Maria. Along the street you’ll find shops, restaurants, and even the local history museum, all ready for you to explore on foot or by bike. You can also explore further afield by catching the free Anna Maria Trolley at the city pier. It runs the length of the island from 6am to 10pm daily.

Le Cottage Enchanté sleeps a maximum of 4 people in one king bed, one twin, and one trundle.
