The fire alarm of this property is monitored and the fire truck will arrive if the alarm is triggered. The Fire and Emergency Services fee of a minimum $1200 will be charged and the guest is responsible for all the fees and charges.
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours.
*Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.
2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.
3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.
4. Lost and found property
We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found property’, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees.
5. After making a reservation, you might be requested to provide identification. This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent our rooms to individuals below a certain age or to someone using a different name.
