The space
This apartment is in a prime location in the heart of Vincentia, the gateway to Jervis Bay. Within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops and cafes right at your doorstep enjoy all that this fantastic area has to offer. A self contained 1 bedroom apartment with water glimpses including sun-lit lounge, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook. There is parking at the rear of the property plus street parking, you can also access the back shed should you want to store your bikes, boards or any other equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks out at the bar on the balcony looking at the water.

The room has a beautiful king bed which guests have said is extremely comfortable.
We also have a porta cot with linen and a high chair (please request when booking, this may not be available for last minute bookings).

All linen is supplied and there are spare blankets in the wardrobe. We have a oil heater in the bedroom and the loungeroom which heats the room beautifully.

You have sole use of the apartment. Please note that the apartment is on the ground floor of a holiday home, therefore you will not have access to the home or garage
