- Lounge area | THE most comfortable couch, Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix capability. Warmed by a wood heater in winter, and the home also has the luxury of a reverse cycle air conditioner (heats & cools).
- Dining room with bench seat, seating up to eight guests
- Kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Fridge, freezer, cooktop and oven. Complimentary pod machine with pods, as well as instant coffee.
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

OUTSIDE:
The backyard truely is the heart of the home, with multiple seating areas and dining options aplenty. The backyard comprises of a large, sun-drenched deck with outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and space for the kids to run and have fun on the grass.
You are also able to utilise our boat shed for your toys! (The boat has since been removed).
A large driveway provides plenty of parking for guests, and you are located in a quiet street with friendly neighbours - NO PARTIES.
