The apartment is well appointed and equipped with everything you’ll need for an extended stay. The main living area is open plan with the modern kitchen at the rear, to the left of the entry. Including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a host of other small appliances, it’s ideal. It overlooks the dining suite that seats 6 and the lounge with a luxury leather sofa and armchairs facing the smart TV. This room benefits from a reverse cycle air-conditioner. WiFi is provided for your convenience.

Full-width floor-to-ceiling sliding doors invite plenty of natural light into the room and draw the eye to the wonderful views beyond the balcony. Step outside and you’ll gain a full appreciation of what this apartment offers. With a table and chairs you’ll while away many a morning or afternoon gazing at the views.

The master bedroom also has access to the balcony. Spacious and light, it houses a King bed, another smart TV, mirrored built-in robes and a modern ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The other two bedrooms are also Kings, both with built-in robes, all tastefully furnished. One of the Kings can be split into two singles if required. These two bedrooms share the second, equally modern bathroom that has a shower over the bathtub, a vanity and a separate toilet. All quality linen is provided. A washing machine and dryer are tucked into a European style laundry cupboard with a sink.

The beautiful riverside neighbourhood benefits from close proximity to local shops, eateries, sporting and leisure facilities, and transport links. Ascot Quays sits right on the river so you can enjoy the picturesque views, riverside walks and local wildlife.

Everything Perth has to offer is within easy access: the city, the airport and local amenities. Perth Casino and Optus Stadium are close by, as are many local shopping, dining and entertainment options. If you have children to entertain, there are several playgrounds within a walk or short drive away and the local cinema complex, a railway museum and Belmont shopping centre are also conveniently close.

Driving to the city only takes 15 minutes or a bus just outside the complex will get you there in 38 minutes.

For eating out, apart from the convenient on-site restaurant which serves Middle Eastern cuisine, there are a range of options both to the north of the property at Ascot or to the south in Belmont, and plenty of eateries and bars at the Casino.
