This stunning home offers guests a luxe lifestyle. Beautifully furnished interiors comprise 3 bedrooms, study, 3 living areas, 3 bathrooms, plus a modern kitchen and double garage. Private and serene, yet moments to the exclusive Toorak Road shops and eateries, Chapel Street and Hawksburn Village, this Victorian residence will impress.
Upon arrival, this property exudes sophistication with its gated entry into a private courtyard. Combining luxurious fixtures and fittings, designer furnishings and a wonderful layout, the home is spacious, light and bright. You’ll love the sense of serenity. Make this getaway one to remember!
Downstairs the master bedroom with its King bed is tastefully appointed. It has floor to ceiling windows, reverse cycle air-conditioning, plenty of wardrobe space and a luxurious ensuite with a spa bath. There is also a separate powder room downstairs, ideal for guests.
Enjoy evenings in the formal lounge in front of the fireplace. There are two large sofas, and dual doors to external courtyards let in plenty of natural light during the day. The adjacent dining suite seats 8, perfect for entertaining. Walk through to the spacious open plan living room with a modern well-equipped kitchen, complete with European appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The kitchen overlooks a breakfast table and the family lounge with a leather sofa facing the TV. French doors lead out to the courtyard with its automated sunshade and BBQ. North facing, and with close proximity to the kitchen, this space is a great extension of the living area. The double garage is accessible from the courtyard.
Upstairs has a quiet retreat, with comfortable seating and a TV, leading out to a balcony. The study next door is generous in size, perfect if business needs attending to. There are two further bedrooms: a light-filled Queen with a modern shower ensuite, and a third with 2 single beds, a desk and built-in wardrobes. The latter has access to the family bathroom, also with a shower.
