This generous, 139m townhouse is spread over four levels, so please note its not recommended for guests with mobility concerns. For everyone else its a dream.
Level 1: Secure single garage parking
Level 2: Two queen bedrooms with ceiling fans, built-in robes, and double-glazed windows for peaceful nights
Level 3: Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, open-plan dining and lounge area with a 55 4K Smart TV and Netflix
Level 4: Large family/lounge area with a 65 4K Smart TV, opening to a deck overlooking Brunswicks iconic rooftops and out to the Dandenong Ranges. Theres also a dedicated study area for those working remotely.
Reverse-cycle heating and cooling is fitted in the living areas and master bedroom, with ceiling fans throughout for year-round comfort.
